I definitely understand the delay. There is so much information out there to sift through. When I heard your ideas in class, I thought it might be good to focus on racial/ethnic minority disproportionality in special education. This disproportionality then causes these students are more excluded than included. I've read articles that show that students of color are less likely to be included in the mainstream classroom than their white counterparts. I really can't wait to see what you find! :)
